Iran short film lineup to vie at Taos Shortz Film Festival

A lineup of short Iranian flicks has entered the competition program of the Taos Shortz Film Festival (TSFF) in New Mexico.

Attended the 14th edition of the event are ‘Coming Soon’ by Amir Reza Salari, ‘Bodies’ by Morvarid Kashiyan, ‘You’re Still Here’ co-directed by Katayoun Parmar, Mohammad Roohbakhsh, ‘Past Continuous’ by Shiva Taheri, ‘Four Out of Five’ by Bahar Tofighi, ‘To Be’ by Pouria Ghasemipour, ‘Residents of the Last Floor’ by Amir Jalali.

According to ifilm earlier reports, ‘The Feast of the Goat’ by Saeed Zamanian and ‘Tangle’ by Malihe Gholamzadeh are also among the Iranian contenders at the festival.

As the stellar shorts film fest in the US, The Taos Shortz Film Festival provides filmmakers with a venue to showcase their work, participate in workshops, panels, and network with fellow filmmakers, media companies, producers and distributors.

The upcoming edition of the TSFF is scheduled for March 20-22, 2020.
